Below is a description of the services we currently provide. Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with the comprehensive apparatus collection and a few added bonuses from the archival work.
Our strength training floor is equipped with a squat rack, standard 45-lb barbell, 60-lb hex bar, 15-lb hip thrust barbell, 15-lb technique bar, dumbbells from 2lb-55lb, lat pulldown/seated row cable machine, hip thrust bench, hip thrust sled, bumper plates & iron plates, and various bands.
An introductory session is required for all new clients visiting the studio. This allows for us to introduce you to the studio, assess your movement, and gives us a chance to get to know one another and see if it's a good fit.
Cost: $45
($35/person for semi-Private Pilates sessions)
We specialize in one-on-one private sessions to teach the Pilates Method. This allows us to see the details of your movement, teach you at the pace you need, and answer any questions that you have along the way.

Cost for Semi-Private Pilates Lesson (2 people): $50/person
Similar to Pilates sessions, our strength training sessions are personalized to the client and are coached on a one-on-one basis to ensure proper technique, appropriate modifications, and safety during training.
